I suspect you'd like a little shorter list though so here are a few possibilities for someone around your apparent level:
Weber, Concerto No. 1
Rossini, Introduction, Theme and Variations
Brahms, Sonatas No. 1 and 2
Osborne, Rhapsody
Those would keep you busy for awhile. I'm sure others will have many suggestions.
