It would take a staggeringly good trombonist to play this music effectively, that's for sure.
But, oddly enough, Beethoven did write chamber music for trombone: the Equali for trombone quartet.

Not sure whether diz is saying: "it's a brass instrument, and brass instruments are foul" or "among all brass instruments, it's one of the foul ones". Either way, he must have heard me playing.
