I've found only one published arrangement of the Crussel 2nd Clarinet Concerto. It was assembled from manuscripts in the German State Library and the Lippischen Landesbibliothek by Jost Michaels and published by
ars Instrumentalis #34
Musikvrerlag Hans Sikorski, Hamburg.
ISM N M-003-00590-4
It is distribute by Hal Leonard (50160390)
This is for Clarinet in Bb and piano. The Sikorski index does not list other Crussell works, and seems to have none of Spohr's.
I understand that, in Finland, Crusell festivals are held annually --so there may be some Finish sources of Crusell's composition that I did not uncover.
