Cotton buds and pipe cleaners (doubled so the sharp ends don't scratch) can be used to clean around and under keys.
But get a small paint brush (not an artists one, just a cheapo from any local old tat shop, we have Poundland or Right Price for that sort of stuff), around 1/2" wide and trim the bristles shorter so they're firmer, and use this to brush to get rid of dust.
