I would love to talk about exercises you do to alleviate repetitive stress problems in clarinet playing. I just learned a good one. According to my chiropractor, it wards off carpal-tunnel syndrome. Touch all your fingers to your thumb. Then place a rubber band around them, as far toward the ends as possible. Extend the rubber band by spreading out your fingers. It feels great.
Any others? I'm interested in shoulder exercises. I play sax and flute too.
