 Bach solo pieces for Violincello

I recently ordered the Bach solo pieces for Violincello trancribed for clarinet--they are very beautiful and challenging to play. Are there any techniques on clarinet to help approximate the bowing/phrasing that a cellist uses when performing these pieces? (they sound absolutely beautiful when performed on the clarinet).
