 what is it?

40

From what I can make out on the bell ,Guy Humphrey Paris is inside an oval above that are two letters (part of words?} "L" and a "B"??? above that appears to be a banner with letters inside it. That is all I have to work with. I am curious as to the age of this instrument, or anything else. I have had it for 40 years and it was old when I got it. From what I understand it is what was called a "stencile clarinet" but as to who made it and it's age I am at a loss... in spite of it's age It puts a lot of so called "quality" clarinets to shame as far as tone, and ease of play and the softer the reed the better
