Bell Tarnish

Author: Sara  Date:   1999-09-24 02:56 I bought my festival brand new a couple of months ago in July and there's always been this ring around the bell thats not shiney like the rest of the silver plating. My teacher told me to try regular tarnish remover but it doesn't work. Could it be something besides tarnish, because I know the way it sounds is most important but I'd like for it to look good too. Any suggestions of anything I could try to get rid of it? Sara
