I have not used Vandoren for several years now. They just make to many reeds
to age them properly and keep quality control. If we get a good Vandoren it
is great but you might have to adjust reeds from 10 boxes to get it done.
Not worth the time when we need a case full of good reeds at all times.

I am glad Vandoren is making a ton of money but they might to as Rico has
done with the Rico Select and have one line that is of true professional
quality in cane and cut so a musician can modify them to their own needs in
only a matter of minutes.
