That's interesting. I noticed an article in one of the trade
publications I get which was an interview with a Vandoren employee
praising the new packaging. Maybe fresher isn't better when it comes to
reeds.

I have been using Gonzalez reeds for a while and was pleasantly
surprised to discover the local music store now carries them.
