I too am deeply saddened by the loss of Mr. Shaw, his music and stylizations
were among the greatest in the world, not only did he stand along-side of
Glenn Miller in his great ability, but I am hoping that the two might now be
playing a rousing duet up there in the great beyond, where surely all the
greats are the tunes they loved so well.

My Favorites, Naftule Brandwein and Dave Tarras are missed too, but their
music lives on, as will Mr. Shaw's!
