Long notes (chords up ans down slowly)
Cresc. Decres with metronome - 6 beats cresc. 6 beats decresc.
1 Part of Vademecum (slowly then fast - if I have the time)
2 or 3 part (sometimes both if I have the time)
4 part

If necessary Stark Staccato ...
