When I click on the website below, I get a System Error which tells me to set
my browser to enable Cookies/Java Script.

Being a computer illiterate, I don't know

1) what this means

2) If I should do it, and what are the consequences of doing it

3) How to do it on an iMac

Can anyone help me please?
