Well, yes and no
It is odd but in the past 24 hours I have received a copy of the "hoax"
letter, and as well another email from another source with the SULFNBK.EXE
as an attachment, complete with a virus worm.

It seems that both are circulating out there. BE aware that if someone sends
you any .exe file unannounced that it most surely is a virus. Be wary.
