 I am from Scotland, and I don't think Bloody is swearing, although at school
 I would never have dreamed of using it while talking to a teacher. Between
 adults I think it is fine. Here we would say "Bloody hell!" when complaining
 about something, eg. bloody hell, it's freezing in here, or, it's bloody
 freezing in here.
 I don't think it is any more or less offensive in Scotland, England, Ireland
 or Wales!
