I wonder if this student would give us the name of his university? Then one
of us associated with a university could initiate a school-to-school contact.
If the need is legitimate, a large-scale project could be organized. Years
ago, John Paynter initiated a project donating band music to the country of
Israel when they were first setting up school band programs, which is what
gave me this idea. Anybody care to follow up? I admit to being a little
skeptical, myself.
