Dan,

Nothing is wrong with it. Some people love peaches and some prefer
apricots. Some people like sushi and some can't stand it. It's not a
right/wrong thing -- just a reaction.

That being said, I do like a gentle touch of vibrato used sparingly. But I
don't enjoy playing in which vibrato is a constant part of the sound, like a
violin vibrato (which I do like). Who knows why?
