Does anyone have a REALLY GOOD fingering for the top of staff f#/g#
trill on a standard Boehm instrument?

The fingering book that I have lists 3 trills, and it says that two
of them can be "very flat" and the third is impractical at high speed.

The 'best' one (in the book's opinion) is TR123 for the left hand,
and 3 + G# with little finger for the right hand, and then trill C# with
the left little finger.
