 Hi all.
 
 Any assistance with writing parts for percussion (specifically drum kit) for either pit
 orchestra/combo or concert/military band would be gratefully received. Are there any conventions of
 notation? Walter Piston's book ("Orchestration") is excellent for orchestral parts (including
 percussion), but not so for kit parts.

 But I wouldn't suggest using your nice pair of clarinets as drumsticks.
