Been there--done that (with one exception). Usually, when I was functioning
as chief scribe and illuminator in the band department where I went to
college, there were extremely short deadlines to meet. Score didn't come from
Eric Leitzen until Thursday afternoon. All parts needed to be on music stands
by Monday afternoon for reading because the guest artist was rehearsing with
the band on Tuesday, Wednesday being the concert. Some of those good ol' days
weren't really so good, now that I think about it.
