Eble Music (Iowa, USA) claims this piece is currently published by Musica
Rara. They are attempting to obtain it for us. Thanks for the description

We got this work through Yesterday Service, a sheet music dealer in
Cambridge Mass (USA). John didn't mention who the publisher is (was?)

Yesterday Service claims to be able to provide a copy of this work for
sale - no mention of the publisher. We'll see...
