I know a number of you would like to have an easily accessible area in
which to share pictures, MIDIs, articles, and whatnot with the rest of
us, but lack the capability to publish it. To help out, I've just made
an "upload" area on Sneezy where you can place this kind of material.
There's nothing in there yet.

I will be reviewing all material uploaded before placing it for viewing
to ensure propriety, and you'll need to get a user name & password from
me before you can use it. The location that all uploaded material will
be placed in is:
http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet/Uploads

This area is for files uploaded by my visitors. To keep everything safe
and sane, I require that you drop me an email at charette@-----.org to
get a user name and password before I allow you to upload files. It'll
take a day or so most probably before I respond.

All files uploaded must adhere to the copyright laws: the information or
pictures must be out of copyright, meet the "fair use" doctrine, or must
be your own material and you are allowing public and free viewing of the
material. There's no exceptions, and I'll review all submissions before
putting them on this page.

I hope you all understand the requirement for these restrictions. Since
it's a public website, I have to maintain control of what gets up there.
A user name & password keeps people accountable.
