Our orchestra uses a brand called EAR, but I don't think that helps
much because EAR make various types of earplug (including dispoable
foam ones). The ones we use have a plug with several flanges behind it
and a handle on the end. These earplugs work well but they make your
own playing sound pretty awful (and the clicking of your keys seems to
pass through the earplugs quite clearly which is rather offputting).
