Let us NOT forget that some of us have:
1. Greater experience than others
2. A BETTER GRASP of available Internet "resources" and how routing
occurs, search engines, etc ad finitum.
3. And, so many OTHER things that my list would grow, and grow, and grow.
As a network adminsitrator and MCP, I have always make sure that I deal
fairly with those i help/instruct/supervise/assist etc. I also make sure I
don't talk down to users that I support. Sure .. YES ... I have done it.
Lets NOT flame our youngsters, REMEMBER they are the ones that are gonna
grow UP and replace US!
.... and if the proper job wasn't done .. we won't make it happen by
flaming 'em.
