In Reply to some questions:
A days routine at our camp is as follows:
0900-1000 Rehearsal as a group on numbers to be played at the
Concert on Sat.
1030-1200 Various groupings as assigned by the coaches. WW5, Clarinet
Choir, Flute Choir, etc. dependant upon the number of registrants and
types of instruments represented.
1300-1400 Rehearsal as a large group again
1430-1700 Free choice time. Participants form their own groups to
play pieces they would like to try, have never played before, etc.
Individuals or groups form, and work on a piece or part of a piece
they want to perform at the Concert. Coaching available.
1900 Free time. Most participants form informal groups and music
making continues in the the very late hours of the night.......
As soon as the registration is completed, and the number and types of
instruments represented, a program of music is chosen. This list is
sent to the registrants. Music is chosen to include all levels of
