That would be the great Don Menza on tenor. I got to see Don do a masterclass when I was at Humber College in Toronto. My saxophone teacher was his section mate in the Rich band, Pat LaBarbera. Don did the circular breathing thing at the clinic, and managed to make sense out of saxophone altissimo fingerings.
