I use WW&BW's catalogue as a benchmark for prices. Sam Ash, around the
corner from me, is roughly the same in all categories, though for items
like mouthpieces they are slightly more expensive (but that's BEFORE
you figure in shipping charges and having to WAIT). I don't mind buying
books from amazon.com, but given thet choice, I would much prefer to be
able to HANDLE a musical instrument or accessory and, given a reasonable
price, buy from that source.
