If you want to be sure that the school gets MUSIC, buy the music and donate it
to the school. It's still tax deductible for the donor and it is spent the way
you want it to be. If you can't afford the sum to buy the music, get several
like-minded supporters to split the cost. When you donate money, they will
select how it is used rather than how you want it to be used.
