A few years ago I posted a request for help with a condition I have in
which my lower teeth get pushed out of position from the pressure of
biting on the reed. Thanks to the many dentist/clarinetists who answered,
I got rigid retainers made and the problem is solved. However, I deleted
the posts so now I don't remember what the condition is called. Will those
dentist-types please be kind to a senile clarinetists and tell me this
piece of information? If you wish you can e-mail me privately at
<fredj@-----.
