Please provide some additional information. Any one can get this way if they
really push themselves. How long do you practice at one session? How many
sessions per day do you practice? Have you made any changes to your practice
schedule? Have you been off for a while for any reason? Have you changed
anything in your reed / mouthpiece set up?

Any of these can cause you to become unusually fatigued but as you build up should
go away. Like any other physical activity, you should build up gradually. There
may be others that I haven't thought of. So fill us in on the details of your
playing. I am sure that you can get a lot of good options to consider off this
list.
