Once again I'm asking to tap to collective wisdom of the Klarinet list.
People have commented from time to time concerning various clarinet repair
people they thought well of, but none of those have been within a few
hundred miles of my location.

I am fairly near the University of Iowa. Both the education and performance
people there are sold on a repairman named Denny Lawson of Davenport IA.
Have any of you _heard_ of this person? What do you know of/think of the
quality of his work?

And, for that matter, what are the suggestions in general concerning repair
shops and people reasonably near my location? I'm in eastern Iowa, about
200 or so miles west of Chicago.
