Dan,
I am taking clarinet lit this semester, and we studied Five Sonatas from
"Methode de Clarinette" that were published (in one volume) by Oxford
University Press in 1988. In the Preface to these pieces, it said the
tutor was published in 1802. I'm not sure if this is the same "Methode
de Clarinette" that you are referring to, it seems like I read that
Lefevre wrote several of these. Hope this helps.
