Thanks for all the response to my slipping ligature problem. The most
elegant suggestion was putting thin strips of cork on the inside,
under the screws. However, not having this material on hand, I
elected the 400 grit sandpaper on the inside of the ligature
suggestion. This seems to have worked just fine without really making
the inside rough.
