Subj: Selmer Eb Clarinet

My son's teacher is trying a Selmer Eb Clarinet. I looked up the
serial number (starts with "Y") and it was made in 1975. She wondered
if anyone had any experience with this instrument (good or bad) and
what would be a fair price to pay.

It is in average condition for a 21 year old instrument. Scale is ok
(for an Eb). One odd thing is that the original barrel has been
replaced by an Accu-Bore barrel complete with cooling fins.
