Hi.
One aspect that hasn't been covered is insurance: public liability
insurance can be costly, and voluntary donations rather then entrance fee
is one way out it. Normally, copyright fees are not a problem when
performance is not for profit, but these matters tend to vary with the
state/juriesdiction.
At the risk of seeming irrelevant, can I ask how many bands have a youth
section, or ways of encouraging young players?
