That is a luxury I have never seemed to have experienced whether as a
soloist on in an ensemble and I have been playing the clarinet for 55 years
and 45 years of that professionally.

It must be nice to pick up an instrument and have it warmed up to pitch.

I guess the first 5 or 10 minutes is a dilemma?
