I definitely agree with that! Harold Wright's version on the Rabaud is stunning!

Subject: [kl] Music Minus One

I wouldn't scoff at MMO, for this reason if no other: I have a MMO
flute album featuring Julius Baker, recorded much more intimately
(i.e. closer-miked) than I'm used to hearing him. His sound is
incomparably creamy and beautiful to hear, and I don't know of
another contemporary recording of his that compares to the one-on-one
studio setting. Looking over the MMO clarinet listing, I see names
like Harold Wright, Harris Goldsmith, Stanley Drucker, Ron Odrich,
and Bob Wilber. Granted not all of the performances may be inspired
or transcendant, but even if you don't play along, there's value in
listening to such virtuosi in what I'd call "bread-and-butter"
circumstances.
