Clarinet I.=A0 Bb, C, A.
Clarinet II. Bb, C, A.
Clarinet III. Bb, Bass Cl in Bb, Cl in A, EbII , C.
Clarinet IV. EbI, Bb(2 measures). (clarinet 4 tacet in mov. 2, EbI "doubled
at least" in mov. 4. )

The clarinet IV part is the "main" Eb part and could be considered as "Eb
clarinet I" even though it's not labeled as such.=A0 There are just 10
measures of=A0 Eb on the clarinet III part.=A0 Where the two parts have an =
Eb
clarinet duet, as in Movement III, Rehearsal 6 the clarinet III part has the
lead. The librarian could creates inserts that reverse the clarinet III and
IV parts so that the clarinet IV player is always the lead Eb clarinet.
