I would suggest possibly updating the key click notation here (or adding
an explanatory note).

The use of the 2nd note _with cross added_ leaves open the question of
whether the key click is to be accompanied by a sounded note, and the
use of only one note implies only one click -- not the rattle of the A
key that's heard on the recording.
