Three or four years back they had major problems . . . including a web
site that didn't work with dial-up -- DSL works okay now I have it). I don't
have time to check into our archives right now, but if someone does, it may
be there's a clue to its status now. Or call their toll free number and
ask. Perhaps they find it more cost efficient to eliminate anything besides
Internet trade and use any space for warehousing stock, etc.

We each ended up buying Buffet R13 Prestige models and have been very
happy with them. And, after six years, the price had gone up a good deal, so
that they have been a good investment. I have found wwbw to have reliable
service on mouthpieces and other mailorder items and the price and ability
to walk in and play ten clarinets for comparison unique. I played three
Buffets (same model) with a strobe before choosing the one with the best
intonation and tone.

all manner of horns, from bari saxes to bass clarinets. A grand company.
