Anyway, it's a rapid reiteration of the note. Many clarinetists
cannot fluttertongue which I always thought was rolling the tongue. I
can't imagine an entire clarinet section accomplishing this. Feather
tongue is probably the best description, I have never seen the term
tremolo used in a clarinet part that did not refer to
