The British Library is scanning dissertations and making the PDFs
freely available on-line. https://ethos.bl.uk./Logon.do
The site requires free registration. Also, you must click through a
warning that it=92s unregistered. I found 12 items with =93clarinet=94 in
the title, 5 of which have been scanned

The Thumper site has 300 items, but many of them are not be freely
