I don't have the part with me to confirm, but it looks like this as far as =

Now imagine the parts down a third (thus non-existing notes in Clarinet II).

Until I hear different from someome, I'll just play what I can (I ran the B=
b part through Finale, so now I have an A part and can play every note exce=
pt for the lowest note).
