I assume that's a store model from Woodwind & Brasswind. They are
stencils -- manufactured by someone else, with the Woodwind logo slapped
on. They are, essentially, "generic" brand -- the kind you get by
default on a student clarinet because they are expected to supply
SOMETHING in that hole.

Is the rest of her range sharp as well? She might just need a longer
barrel. It would behoove her, however, to go down to her local music
store and try a half a dozen different mouthpieces to see if one of them
gives her a better experience.
