The thread on Valentino pads has been most interesting, even though the
reader must wade through all the repeated old messages. But I've finally
lost patience. When replying to a thread, please don't feed back the whole
digest. That's just plain rude. Snip down to the specific part of the
message to which you want to reply.

The most recent digest, Vol. 18, Issue 31, is ridiculous -- one reply of a
few words encumbered by entire unsnipped previous digests. Be glad I'm not
the door dragon here, because if I were, I would give a list member exactly
one chance at making the list this unreadable before banning the miscreant
from posting.
