As you may have heard the Tower of London is full-to-overflowing with
rapacious recidivists. Under your legislation can I therefore hope for a
transfer to a more liberal open regime, for example in Holland? Or better
still, a prison converted into a museum of musical instruments, namely the
Lohnhof in Basel. I will ask Dr Martin Kirnbauer if he has a vacancy.
