I write just to check whether I have missed something, as I seem to have
downloaded the paper in one shot (108 PDF scans, cover and contents etc. then
97 pages, ending with the references from page 90). Brilliant source for
those of us who have not seen it. Perhaps the link used to download as two
parts, but now does it in one?
