What I meant relative to the minuet is that, with the initial presentation
plus two more caused by the Da Capos, are the repeats internal to the minuet
itself played all three times?? My conclusion is yes, but only if the
player can provide challenging, interesting, and well-varied improvisations
so as to avoid hearing the music played the same way all three times

There are repeats in all four movements, and the third, the minuet, has a
special case that must be dealt with on the two Da Capo sections; i.e., does
one repeat a minuet at either, both, or none of the Da Capo directions?
I'm not sure what you mean here, do you mean that there are those who would
not play the menuet 3 times in some form or is it just the question of
whether the internal repeats in the menuet are observed for all 3
occurrences?
