Assuming that you are using the RH4 Ab/Eb for notes above (but not
including) D# then it is probably practice in the altissimo. It helps to
raise the middle of the tongue and push it forward for altissimo notes, to
get a faster airstream with a smaller oral cavity. Scale and simple tune
passages. I'm sure others will have lots of advice too!
