Hi Walter - I know you are at ClarinetFest, enjoying the sun, hobnobbing with starlets, and raking in cash for your mouthpieces!! ;-)

I saw Zack yesterday, and he had a mouthpiece from you, but only one. So I'm assuming that there was a miscommunication somewhere, because I wanted him to get two to try. As it stands, the mouthpiece you sent doesn't work very well for him - very resistant. Even on Vandoren V12 #3, the sound is somewhat constricted, and articulation is sluggish. All these problems disappear on my SW1, which he is currently borrowing.

I've asked Zack not to play the K11* until I discuss this with you. Can he get two different mouthpieces to try, with the idea that he will buy one of them, return the other, and the mouthpiece that he currently has?
